Rocker Oysterfellows, next to Fishetarian also has a lot of GF options. Hard to pass up the fish and chips or gf chowder at Fishetarian though.

Delicious! The aroma was extreme appealing. Used sorghum flour (based on earlier comment). Great use of our CSA apples. :-)

Oh good! I actually used 50/50 oat/sorghum yesterday and they were great

And I understand the difficulty of turning down good gf fish and chips! Here on Prince Edward Island where i live we have an incredible place. I try to limit myself!

Oh good! I had one this morning and it’s as fresh and soft as when I made a batch yesterday

I'm so impressed with the texture of these- they really are light and hold their shape. Mine actually did dome, but I used water and about 1 tsp apple cider vinegar so maybe that factored in. Next time I might try using mashed banana and even more molasses for a kind of banana bread.

Yum! I can't do oats. Is there another flour I could use, like chickpea or quinoa or buckwheat?

I’d say sorghum or a GF flour blend would work best. Or buckwheat mixed with a GF blend. Tell me if you try one!

YUM. These look perfect for on-the-run snacks. Thoughts on subbing maple syrup for molasses?

Absolutely!! The color will be a little lighter, but it’s a great idea and will work perfectly
