Viva la Banana Bread!
A quickly made loaf with a soft, fine crumb + a delicious salted-butter-Rum icing (AKA hard sauce), delicious on a warmed slice or with zucchini or pumpkin bread or apple cake

Make sure your bananas are nice and ripe with some brown spots on the peel.
